I am an immigration lawyer. For years, at McCarthy Tetrault LLP and then at EY Law LLP, my job included supporting employers who could not produce records that no one had been responsible for keeping.

The pattern was always the same, and it was never carelessness. A permit gets approved. The matter closes. The worker gets promoted, or moves to another site, or the salary review happens in March and the prevailing wage moved in November. Each of those is somebody's job. None of them is anybody's job to connect.

Then a notice arrives, and a team that did nothing wrong spends two weeks proving it.

I built Callie so that the file is already whole: one place where the job, wage and location you promised are written down, where changes get recorded as they happen, and where the documents sit until someone asks for them. Rule-based, because every field maps to a specific obligation rather than to anyone's idea of good practice. Hosted in Canada.
